Well not a Harley but a Screaming Eagle head on a Harley bottom end!Pics1: Beat up head and its mate. Broke head off intake valve, then beta the crap out of the head.2: Close up of beater.3: Cleaned for welding4: Welded5: Welds ground, surfaced, and ready for customer to pick up. Attached Images

Reply:Welded all up -and- the carbon build up is now gone too!  Helicoiled the spark plug threads too?What filler did you use?  The best laid schemes ... Gang oft agley ...
