Reply:Looked at the link.Looks pretty decent - but do a GOOGLE search for wire mesh screen - there's quite a few, and in colors. Here's one for stainlesshttp://www.twpinc.com/wire-mesh/TWPCAT_12Remember you want a very fine weave to stop sparks and take the heat of a fire and a fire spark over a long period of time.
Reply:Hmm seems i found a roll at lowes in the garden section . 23 gauge and 30 sq ft for 17 dollars. Only prob is that its galvanized. I may buy it.and try to remove it with the vinegar methodAny one think its a bad.idea? Will I be able to completely remove.the zinc because it will be used as a fire screen on a fire pitSent from my DROID X2 using TapatalkLast edited by bobjenkins; 02-17-2012 at 12:42 PM.
