Anyone work in Scotland/UK?

I have and offer for a position in Scotland/UK as a CWI for a company called Wood Group.  I was wondering if anyone has heard of this company and if they could give me some advice about them.  I am pretty much convinced I am going to take the offer but just seems too good to be true, as why are they offering me such a great package.  Do they not have CWI’s?Any help is greatly appreciated.
