FYI, here is a chart for the settled pressure for Acetylene. Settled pressure is the temp of a cylinder in a room for 12 hours, i.e if your cylinder spent the night outside, be aware of the fluxuation in reading your gauge. NOTE: A full cylinder will read 250psi at 70 degrees. ps: I owned and operated an acetylene plant for 25 years...welders would bitch about empties in the winter, but never complained in the summer...go figureCut and paste this chart for your reference...no copyright...a freebie...just wanna educate everyone so we are all on the same sheet of music.Hope this helps...Respectfully submitting, Dan MAXIMUM ACETYLENE CYLINDER SETTLED PRESSURE - PsigTEMP PRESSURE TEMP PRESSURE TEMP PRESSURE TEMP PRESSURE 30, 138----------50,190-------70,250-------90,31531,139-----------51,193-------71,253--------91,31932,141-----------52,196-------72,256-------92,32333,144-----------53,199-------73,259-------93,32634,146-----------54,202-------74,262-------94,32935,149----------55,205-------75,265-------95,33336,152----------56,208-------76,269-------96,33637,155-----------57,211-------77,272-------97,34038,157-----------58,214-------78,275--------98,34439,160-----------59,217-------79,278-------99,34740,162-----------60,220-------80,282-------100,35141,165-----------61,223-------81,285-------101,35542,168-----------62,225-------82,288-------102,35843,171-----------63,228-------83,292-------103,36244,174-----------64,231-------84,295-------104,36645,176-----------65,234-------85,298-------105,37046,179-----------66,237-------86,302-------106,37447,182-----------67,240-------87,305-------107,37848,185----------68,243-------88,308-------108,38249,188---------69,247-------89,312-------109,386
