Reply:Crank that 6010 on up and it will come out a lot smoother. Your 7018 looks pretty good. I've never used 6013 for anything (it's never been allowed anywhere I have worked) so I don't even know how it should look.The difference between art and craft is the quality of the workmanship. Reply:I got my business partner the same hood for Xmas. Same paint job too. It is a good hood. I liked it so much I got it's big brother for me about a month ago but in plain black (75 bucks cheaper than the painted ones, lol). I like the light weight, the ratcheting headgear, and the grind mode and third sensor mine has. I get all of the stuff that is hard to get to and I haven't been flashed since I got it.The difference between art and craft is the quality of the workmanship. I am an artist.
Reply:whats the third sensor? are you taking about the delay time? or the sensitvity? or is there another function you are talking about?yes i just love my hood  for all the same reasons you said. i usualy work with my hood down even if im not welding. i also like how when i have to jump over tho the oxy torch how i just put it in grind mode and start cuting. i dont have to grab my cutting gogles snd switch. the helmet really is a wonder. works great..
Reply:Isn't that a Miller XLi? The autodark hoods use arc sensors to trigger the lens. Mine has 2 above the lens and one below. I have an arc one shade 10 in my pancake that has 2 on top and if anything blocks them you get flashed.The difference between art and craft is the quality of the workmanship. I am an artist.
