My New Shop

These are going to be all the "before pictures". It has a ironworker, 3 mills, 2 lathes, 3 drill press, 2 bandsaws, over 10 welders, overhead crane, 12X8X1" layout table and everything works. 2 offices, 2 bathrooms. The main shop is 80X40 and has an addition. A lot of cleaning and moving around to do. This place has been empty and not used for 8 years. There is also 4 lincoln sa-200's out back under cover. Reply:In the early 90s I bought two old buildings on one lot for my biz... everyone said it was not smart, poor shape etc. ad nauseum.  I spent three years most eves and about a grand a month for three years slowly but surely rebuilding them.  We sold them for  a nice profit a coupla years ago as I retired and it was a good experience.  You will get something real special from completing this, the satisfaction of seeing a big job completed first class! Reply:This is great!!!  We have a success story in the area that started with a similar situation.
