I am getting an error HELP 7 occasionally on power-up. It usually goes away after about 20 seconds. I can cycle power and it may go away. I have clean, single phase, 240 volt power. The bolts on the board have been torqued to specs. Inside is very clean with no apparent heating. Any thoughts?
