made a metal bending attachment for my 20 ton press today. works pretty good. Base plate 1/4", bending channels 3/4" x 2" about 2" apart, Bending plate 3/8" and 1/2" bolts, 1/2" pipe and springs. Welded with lincoln buzz box at 175 amps with 7018 rod. Bent a piece of 1/2" x 2" for a test piece, took it right to a 90 and i did it slow. Probally won't bend anything that thick in the future but I had to test it. Like I said works pretty well and I have about $40 into to it all together. Didn't have large enough scrap to make one so I bought new stock. Attached Images
