hi i have a Lincoln 175 mig. i have always had .035 flux core wire in it i finally steppedal up and got a gas( 25/75) and .030 solid core wire( er70s6) but now i cant get my welds to look rite. i would normally have my settings at B sometimes c at the amp control and 3 or 4 on the wire speed to do .095 material. now gas on the same settings weld like crap! the wire melts before it hits the base metal and splatters every were.. i turn the wire speed up and it is better but the beads are to cold and do not penetrate and have to much filler... i mess with the heat and i have to turn up the wire speed and still have the same results...:-( what am i doing wrong? please someone help!SIN CITY METAL WORKSvisit my YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/user/devvon
