It's a wine rack! Or not?

So I found this tossed out by the dumpster recently and thought "A perfectly good wine-rack! I'll take it home!"But it doesn't fit wine bottles all that well:Or wine glasses:Turns out its a CD case rack. But, it's metal with easy to break-off tack welds (made in china)... so what is a hobby metalworker to do? Take it apart, of course!  I have plans to turn it into a plant stand.I had been thinking of making a plant stand and then looked at metal prices and switched my plan to wood.. and then this 'wine rack' showed up. yay!
