Linde MIG 31 Wire Feeder Wire Guide

Another quick project yesterday.  A Linde MIG 31 wire feeder I recently acquired lacked the wire inlet guide so I took the remaining piece of brass bar stock from my brake bulkhead fitting seat project http://weldingweb.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=39646 and built one based on the smaller diameter Miller unit out of my MM200 and MM30A wire feeder.  Not exactly the way Linde did it but a proven method just the same.Had to center drill (5/64") from both ends to get all the way thru.One end done, one to go.  15 degree taper cut on drive roll end (inset).As compared to smaller diameter Miller example used as basic 'pattern'.Guide installed. . .. . . and feeding wire.Thanks for looking.MM200 w/Spoolmatic 1Syncrowave 180SDBobcat 225G Plus - LP/NGMUTT Suitcase WirefeederWC-1S/Spoolmatic 1HF-251D-1PakMaster 100XL '68 Red Face Code #6633 projectStar Jet 21-110Save Second Base!

Reply:Luckily i have a whole drawer full of those but the LWS can usually get them for me in a semi reasonable amount of time. Yours looks just as good as the ones i bought only better.   the delivery time was right, and the price was better.Vantage 500's LN-25's, VI-400's, cobramatics, Miller migs, synch 350 LX, Powcon inverters, XMT's, 250 Ton Acurrpress 12' brake, 1/4" 10' Atlantic shear,Koikie plasma table W/ esab plasmas. marvel & hyd-mech saws, pirrana & metal muncher punches.
