I'm looking to buy strips of aluminum to build an aluminum trailer, where do you buy these materials at? I'm in Colorado FYI.
Reply:Colorado covers a fair sized area. If I'm in no hurry for the material, I'll stop in at Colorado Iron & Steel in Ft. Collins whenever I'm passing through...fairly easy & quick off/on from I-25 down a mile or so of Mulberry. Otherwise, any decent sized steelyard should carry common dimensional aluminum. Here's their link...http://metal-distributors.com/Last edited by WyoRoy; 04-06-2012 at 12:19 AM.Lincoln PrecisionTig 275Miller 251Miller DialArc 250Bridgeport millHossfeld bender & diesLogan shaperJet 14 X 40 latheSouth Bend 9" 'C'Hypertherm 900Ellis 3000 band saw21"Royersford ExcelsiorTwo shops, still too many tools.
