Hey all I have installed a 250 sp on a lincoln 255 power mig . When I hit the trigger and start to weld [030 alum wire ] it is a cold start for a second or so then it lays down a decent bead . Anyone know what would cause this ??. It welds fine with the stantdard mig er70 wire out of the tweco gun . Thanks Laurance
