I started with a bed frame and cut it up Using a Hypertherm powermax 600 PLasma cutter, We then went and bought a sheet of 1/8 steel to make the 3 shelves , we used the Plasma cutter to cut out the shelves, I should had taken a picture of the cuts that plasma will do, wow they are clean and it is very easy to run down a straight edge with it.we then went to assembly..We used A Miller Syncrowave 351 with a Weldcraft 350 amp Tig torch, a Bernard water cooler, and the Stick stinger setup to do the tig work and also some stick welding on it, we tigged up all the outside corners and edges and used the stick welder part of our machine to do the corners and under the shelves.1st is the finished cart with wheels on itWE made it for the plasma cutter, so why not add a pic of it with the plasma cutter( oops tried to move the pics in order, but it did not work out) Attached ImagesLast edited by ttm; 05-02-2010 at 07:10 PM.Reason: double picsMiller Syncrowave 351, PC-300, WP18 Torch, Tec Spot Torch, Stick Hypertherm P/M 1000, 4*8 cnc plasma/router tablemiller 12vs extreme - might sell after 350pThe next lines left empty for more tools, P.S.
