the hitch receiver vise mount club. Picked up the receiver at a yard sale for ten bucks and already had a short piece of 2 1/2" seamless, so thought I'd get my big vise up where it can used readily. Reply:You must be really short.  Looking good, don't forget the weld nut.  You know, drill a 9/16" hole underneath, weld a 1/2-20 nut over the hole, run a 1/2" X 1" bolt through onto the vise mount to take up the backlash.  It makes for a sturdy vise. Reply:Dam! Now I have to get my but in gear and join . When I first seen  that great receiver mount idea here ,I new I had to make one. But I am pissed I didn't see the wide uses for it. Both my vices and my bench grinder don't have a permanent home.I will have to make a couple so I can have the benchtop vice, short guy vice and the bench grinder.   Another one of those  "why didn't I think of that" tools.
