Does anyone have and ideas on how to organize multiple hand grinders.    I am wondering if any one has built a grinder caddy?      Looking for ideas...
Reply:1" x 1/4" handle strap to hang them on for the workbench and downdraft, otherwise I put them in drawers.Matt

Reply:Haven't any pic's but I use either 1/4" round bar "U"s welded under the front lip of my weld table top hang them by what ever disk is on them( could hang by guards to if you leave them on). Or cut short length's of tube, that fit snug, inside the side handle and weld these to the side of my table. One thing I did too is cut all the cords short on my grinders. Leave a 4" stub on them. Plug them into one extension cord with a locking end. Got sick of messin' with the cord spaghetti at my bench. I have 6 grinders hanging there. If you have to pack them along to you can just throw them in the kit, no cords to wind up.Bert200amp Air Liquide MIG, Hypertherm Plasma, Harris torches, Optrel helmet, Makita angle grinders, Pre-China Delta chop saw and belt sander, Miller leathers, shop made jigs etc, North- welders backpack.

Reply:Thanks for the great grinder storage ideas.   From all the ideas posted up, my grinder orginizer has now morphed into a welding tool caddy.     I can imagin a cart with hanging grinders and a couple of trays for tool and wheel storage.   I will also mount up an outlet strip and heavy duty extension cord.   Again thanks to all for taking the time to share your ideas.
