Weird wirefeeding......mind of it's own!!!

Earlier today, I noticed a couple times that the wire, while welding, would suddenly "jump" over to one side or the other....then it would go back to being in the "middle" of the nozzle.Sorry for the crude explanation.......LOL....but,....that's all I got.I did recently switch to the big 10lb spool of wire.I believe I'm running .30" in size.Thanks for any insight!!Miller blue star 2eLincoln 175

Reply:I am assuming that you mean .030 wire.  It could be several things:1. is your tip the right size?  Don't use an oversize tip, use an .030 tip.2. Are your driverolls set right?  Too much pressure and they can put an odd helix or wave in the wire that will cause the wire to noodle around when it comes out of the tip.Those are the things that I can think of
