CWE/CWI test questions

Hi All-I'm scheduled to take a CWE/CWI test this summer and have a couple questions.Are all 3 parts multiple choice?I'm currently studying "Welding Inspectors Handbook" from AWS with the practice exam, any other books I should go over?Also I'm scheduled for the week long seminar before the exam, I'm testing on the D.1 code book, do they provide the code book or do I need to buy it?Thanks for the information.TJ
