pressure settings for smith cutting torch

Hi to all. So i have a smith American classic heavy duty cutting outfit, And I'm wondering  what the settings would be for brazing and heating and also for cutting.  It says in the paper booklet for cutting steel set the oxygen in between 25 to 30 psi and for the act between 5 and 10 but i never go past 10. And i just cheeked out the booklet but it just gives you a basic ideas.  And i cut steel from 1/8 to about 1/2 every one in a while ill cut 1''. thanks for the helpMillermatic 211 with mvp plugs miller titanium series welding helmetstihl chain saws 8 ft welding table
