Air arc setup

I'm going to be welding some 120" pipe and the going back and air arcing before the cap and fill.  I have done some air arc but it was about 7 years ago and I do not remember how to set up the machine (i.e. polarity, amperage, air pressure). can anyone help me set up this process.
