Reply:looks great man. i know of a company that makes a bolt on turbo kit for the RZR if you're into that kind of thing. i rode in one and it was amazing. i'm not too sure if that was a direction you were going to be taking your RZR, but i thought i'd throw that out there. here's their website if you're interested www.aerocharger.com.
Reply:Nice work with the tubing Paul, I have extensive time beatin' on Yamaha Rhinos, this thing looks like its a step above a Rhino. How do they match up, in stock form?Yup
Reply:ZT,Why did you only 'clean' the notched pieces (all the way to really-really shiny!) and nothing on the 'main' tubes/pieces?  The best laid schemes ... Gang oft agley ...
Reply:Hi.    Really top class job. fit up excellent, and welding I can only dream about.  Cheers  Gordon.
Reply:WOW!.  Really great work.  I'm jealous.  I enjoy seeing work from someone with the talent you have.
Reply:Nice work.  Do you drill a small hole near the welds to let the pressure escape?Miller Dynasty 200DX Tig Welder

Reply:ZTFab,  Awsome work! Very nice fit up and weld quality. One question, in post #5 the third pic down, I think I can see that the joint is sleeved, as they all appear to be, and I am in no way questioning the integrity of the weld or the joint, but was curious about the underfill. Is this the norm? I have no experiance in this aplication (off road), and I would guess it is not governed by any code, such as D8.8 automotive and light truck, which I do have experiance in. Again, OUTSTANDING work.PitBull

Reply:Great looking build.. I like how you followed the hood line into the dash.  Looks like alot of finish sanding to get fitups like that.Common sense in an uncommon degree is what the world calls wisdom.
Reply:Well, I guess you can make a living in welding OR photography!  Very impressive work. Thanks for posting.

Reply:Exceptional work as always. One questions for you,the last picture in post #18 shows a smallerdiagonal connected to the main cage. Was that jointwelded before being covered by the diagonal or isthat amount of weld sufficient? The reason I ask is that I am in the process of building a similar cageand really appreciate this design. Thanks again andgreat work.

Reply:Even in my dreams my welds and work doesn't turn out like that.  It's nice to have something to strive for in my work.
Reply:Paul, it's people like you that are the reason I switched from doing fab work to engineering.  How am I supposed to compete with that?
