ranger 8 and mig question

I have a ranger 8 and would like to set it up for mig to do aluminum or steel. all i need is a spool gun so the ?. I like the profax system and read for miller and holbart its plug and play, can it be used on the lincoln ranger 8 without alot of rigging, i'm a one wire hook it up, two wire's mess it up, lectrician. I'll be using it for personal use auto body ,trailers, and farm work and everything the neighbors can drag over. any other suggestions would be appreciated thanks
