gift ideas?

so my friend is about to turn 60 years old in about a month. and i figured id make something for him. hes into engine building and racing dirt circle track.  any cool ideas?
Reply:He's turning 60? How about Antiques? Work bench, engine stand, jack stands, grinder stand, tool cart... Maybe some nice engine parts art for the wall, or find some parts that would make a nice coat rack or shelf supports, engine/race theme'd mailbox....No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Reply:Coat rack for the shop.  Crankshaft with a camshaft on it mounted vertically then use some connecting rods coming off the camshaft to hang coats etc. on.  Or, if that doesn't work, maybe mount some connecting rods to the top of a valve cover, so that can hang on the wall, then he can hang his shop coats etc. on that.  Might be better than the first, that way it doesn't take floor space.
