Reply:just buy some good floormats, those are only speedholes. actually it looks like its under the seat, so, no problem! hahaha, looks like a good chalenge for honing welding skills, especially heat controll because some of that sheet is probably pretty thin.  Have fun.Travis
Reply:Quite a task for sure.  How do you rate the rust overall? Lot of salvageable or just a little?"The things that will destroy America are prosperity at any price, peace at any price, safety first instead of duty first, the love of soft living and the get rich quick theory of life." -Theodore Roosevelt
Reply:Year before last 2008, I completely restored an 82 CJ 8 Scrambler, has a Chevy 350 engine adapted to the jeep trans, Chevy to jeep radiator all aluminum, complete new a/c system and all new wiring from front to back, here are pictures. Another guy I know stretched a CJ 5    24", now he calls it a CJ 5 + 2, don't have any pictures of it though. Have a good one, Jeff. Attached Images
Reply:GREAT looking Jeep Jeff!I was helping a friend with a Jeepster and limited space. I didn't like how the Jeepster body was sitting on wooden horses; especially with the grand kids around. I went over and built him a kick over dolly. Doesn't take up space, allows him to move it around and allows him to work on the bottom:
