jackstand whatchamacallit!

made these at work today to keep them from sliding all over the place on the back of the service truck. right next to the trailblazer 251 that i fixed!  Attached Images

Reply:Jack rack!  I would have reversed the bolts and nuts and T handled the uprights so I wouldn't need a wrench to free them up, but in this day and age, if it aint bolted down, it'll walk!
Reply:Interesting. Looks like you need a wrench to get the stands out from what I can see. I'd go with a hand knob instead or some sort of slide and lock arangement like is used with things that hang on a wall where the big hole lets you drop over the nut and then slide into a slot that will retain it. Since they look like they drop over the two posts, why even bother with the top bar at all? Plan to roll the truck often? .No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size.
