Just messing around (I also don't know the best area to put this)...had the opportunity to go to a union school and play around with materials/machines. Never recorded video with my phone either and wanted to see it's quality, I guess if I ever cared to record welding I should set up a lens in front of it . Any and all comments/help/****-talking are welcome

Reply:Not bad, but the cover looks really wide for sch80. Im assuming 37deg bevel on both sides about 3/32 open root? My cover beads look to be about the same size as your with the same amount of overlap and I only need 2.Maybe the video is deceiving, but thats the only thing I noticed other than it could straighten out a little. One of the last 5g covers I did.Have we all gone mad?
Reply:lol im so envious of both of use i have started walking the cup on 3mm wild steel sort of gettin the hang of it im a bit jerky tho also what amps do you run of cap and root with 2.4 tugsten and 2.4 fill for cap and root?
