A lady wanted a turnstyle gate like her daddy built YEARS ago. I wasn't sure what she wanted and then she sent me some picts. He had a smaller version for conventional ,4' plus, fence. This one here is a 7'6" version that matches the game fence surrounding their property. I was skeptical at first and then a bit gitty when we got it hung. My $100 a day model in picts. Oh what fun it is welding in knee high dry grass. We did have some rains recently. Attached Images
Reply:pretty cool. Is there springs on it to make it stay oneway? whats it in the fence? cattle?Nice work Daye
Reply:Inside the 5+ acres is 2 deer. Outside, 40+acres are 2 horses. No springs or latch. The deterrent is the fact that there is not a hole, visible to animals, for a free and clear passage. ?? I still think the deer might try the gate one day. Hung level, it doesn't sway or open.
Reply:i am missin the point, why not a single gate ?

Reply:Ingenious idea. I might try that instead of the flower jails I have to have to keep the deer from eating my veggies. But the deer here clear a 6' fence like it's a gutter. Regards,RobGreat Basin WeldingInstagramBlue weldersRed weldersMy luscious Table DIY TIG Torch cooler
