Well I have built a circle burner for my plasma torch. I all ready made one for my oxygen/acetylene Torch and really like it so I made this one. I used a carriage bolt to hold the center pin. I only need a 1/2" wrench to change the adjustment. I used a split set Collar to hold it to the torch. Works real nice. Well here's the pictures. Reply:The Plasma circle burn parts where made with a milling machine than I made it shorter and welded the end on it. It was about 14 long at first. I thought it was a bit to long so I cut it. * With a milling machine the whole project only takes about 2 hours or so *. Reply:Very nice!! Just curious how does the center point stay secured to the piece you are cutting? Do you drill a small hole for it to rest/sit in, or something else?- RyanLincoln Weld-Pak 140HDHypertherm Powermax 30HF 4x6 bandsawHF 21gal compressorCraftsman Commercial drill press4.5" Craftsman Professional angle grinder4.5" HF angle grinderOld benchtop table saw with a cutoff wheel and sawzall

Reply:A circle cutter is my next must do shop project !
Reply:Does the split collar have a bearing or does it clamp tight to the plasma torch tip.
