Can i use any type of generator to run my tig welder off of. Does it need to be on of the nicer Inverter Generator so the volts dont change much ?If i had to do a small repair can i run a miller 200 dx off a honda EU2000i inverter generator?

Reply:It doesn't need to be an inverter. However if you are running an inverter machine off of it, you need to scope it to be sure it is clean power. Miller bobcats are known for extremely clean power and are not inverter generators. |
