AWS welding cert help

I'm needing to get my AWS instructor certification for a job I was accepted to. To become an instructor, I first need any welder AWS cert.The employer is paying for it all.Two questions:1. Any one here been through the instructor cert? Can you explain what's all involved?2. Myself being a tig guy, which welder AWS cert should I go for?I'm some what lost on all tons of info found on the AWS website.Miller Dynasty 200DXMiller Spectrum 250DMiller Millermatic 200Bunch of old blue dinosaurs....
