Reply:I agree they look cold. With FC it helps to clean the welds so we can see the actual beads, not just the slag. Whats with the triangles? Are you welding in a little triangular gusset to reinforce the corners?As an alternative to miters, you can cope the joint. It's a bit more work, but it can help a bit with fitup. Reply:I would really get a bottle Ar/CO2 and weld. Flux Core is really a paint not worth dealing.
