I have been gone for quite a while. Thought I would post some pics of what I have been doing. This is a self contained all aluminum Crawfish boiler. No need for winches to lift the basket out. When you open the lid, it siys on top of a large cooler. When you tilt the basket all of the crawfish fall into the lid/tray and slide right down into the cooler.Yes I can tack it for you. I know that won't hold but that is what you asked me to do. Millermatic 350P XR Aluma-Pro push/pullMillermatic 185/spool gunMiller Dialarc 250 HF Water cooledThermal Dynamics Plasma
Reply:That would be alot of crawfish. how do you heat it up?Common sense in an uncommon degree is what the world calls wisdom.
Reply:That is the sweet part. It has 3 burners under that are mounted to the stand. The pot just sits in the stand. The nice part is that it only takes about 20 minutes to get to a full boil. When you drop the bugs in, it only takes about 2 minutes to recover. That pot will cook 100 lbs. at a time. I am going to make another piece of aluminum to go into the basket that will raise the bottom to around 8". that way you can use the pot as a steamer for crab and things that needs steamed.Yes I can tack it for you. Reply:i'm wondering if if two pieces of flat bar welded to the lid at a v angle would be useful to act as a funnel so you dont have to worry about aiming it directly into a container. secondly, does it have a drain plug?otherwise, damn thing is brill-yunt, and i will be copying it.
