Open Fire Cooking Racks

My wifes boss and a couple of his friends decided they were going to have a cook out. Well, when you get several rednecks together that just happen to have money they do it BIG. One of them decided they wanted to cook a whole cow on an open fire. They knew I was a fabricator so they contacted me first. Here is the pictures of what I have spent the last two months of my spare time doing. Keep in mind I am working 7 days a week at the moment also.The smaller ones are for lambs and goats. Picture is small for some reason but you get the idea.

So those smaller first ones just roll up to the fire?200amp Air Liquide MIG, Hypertherm Plasma, Harris torches, Optrel helmet, Makita angle grinders, Pre-China Delta chop saw and belt sander, Miller leathers, shop made jigs etc, North- welders backpack.
