New cart...

I was getting tired of the flimsy HF cart I've been using so I started  building a new one. Got a dolly the other week mainly to donate the wheels and as much of the tubing as possible. I'm a big believer in re-using stuff...All I had to buy was some 4" casters and a few feet of 1.25" tubing for the base, which was leftover from another project.PicsNot shown is the hanger I added for the ground lead. Still need to add some tabs on the bottom frame so I can screw down a piece of alum so there's a shelf. Then I'll paint it and mount the welder.

Reply:They are just that, ankle stabbers. Dunno why I made it like that, just seemed like the thing to do at the time. Makes it different. Not too bad for only having about $10 into the whole thing.Here's what's sitting on the axle in the background.
