Some pics from work

I know everyone likes pictures, so here are a few from work. These are columns and runway beams for overhead cranes. The building we're fabricating is 100'X200'X40' with center columns for two 25 ton and two 10 ton cranes. The building will weigh close to 400,000 lbs.The guy in the first and third  picture is my helper. He's 22 and energetic and (a clown at times) seems to be interested in learning the trade.
