Aluminum project with a spool gun.

I hope this finds everyone well, I have a project that my uncle has asked me to help with. It is aluminum based and we will be using a spool gun and a millermatic200. I'm writing to seek advice, things to watch out for and possibly some pictures of production using these parameters. I'm not sure what gauge aluminum we will be using but I'd say it's 1/8".
