I messed with my pulse setting on my Squarewave 255 for a few minutes to see what it wouild do. Dumb question but how and when would you use the pulse setting and where would you set the pulses? Looking at aluminum applications. ThanksRandyLincoln Power Mig 300 with PythonLincoln SquareWave Tig 255 Hypertherm Powermax 45 HH120 w/argon

Reply:Lugnut... you beat me to it.This series of videos is the simplest educational stuff I have ever seen for welding. And then, after so much work...... you have it in your hand, and you look over to your side...... and the runner has run off. Leaving you holding the prize, wondering when the runner will return.
