Reply:A lot of the Airco's were Millers in disguise. Is it similar to a BIG 40 or something. Miller made most of the Airco line from what I have seen. If that is the case you could go to the miller site and down load a manual that is close or at least a good guide. Don't know if the machine has capacitors but that might be a place to look for the sticking on the start. Some of the others with more knowledge will chime in. Best thing you can do is post the serial number and some pictures of the machine and maybe we can track it down Does it look like these pictures if so I think it is a Miller , just not sure which one. This one happens to have a 4 cyl gas engine..Last edited by kolot; 01-12-2013 at 11:12 AM."Si Vis Pacem Para Bellum"Lincoln Idealarc 250 AC/DCMillermatic 251 Syncrowave 300 30A spoolgunLincoln MP210Hypertherm 45(2) LN 25(2) Lincoln Weldanpower 225 CV(4) SA200 1 short hood SA250 SAM 400
Reply:it looks just like my 1975 miller big 40. same handles same gauges . I bet my face plate would bolt right up. If you changed the face plate and painted it blue I would not be able to tell the 2 apart. my miller has a f163 red seal. It runs smooth as silk. Im doing some clean up on mine now BTW is those gauges go out you can get new ones at auto zone cheepLast edited by welderinwv; 01-12-2013 at 11:20 AM.
