Stainless tank repair

I had a small leak on a water storage tank, its actually a beer keg. the leak was tiny but its important that it has no leaks, the guy that welded it was on vacation and I really needed it fixed asap, a friend said I know a guy that can fix it so i sent him off with it. this is what I got back....after asking WTF did this clown do I was told he used his mig and tried to fix it and blew a hole in it, I had to cut it out and will have a patch welded in. Reply:My customers bring me stuff like this all the time, some people believe welding is a process and not a skill. I can cut a steak so surely I can do a gald badder surgery
