After months of research for the best bang for the buck stick welder, I decide I wanted either a older Miller Dialarc or a older Lincoln Idealarc 250. I searched c-list for about 2 months and finally found this bad boy just south of Knoxville. I got it from a retired welder who actually got it from a closed tech school in Knoxville. It was a rarely used back up welder, and probably doesn't have many hours on it at all. As soon as I got it home, I removed the sheet metal and realized that it is like brand new inside( saweet). I stripped the sheet metal down to bare metal, sprayed some epoxy and then painted it International red enamel. Here are the in process and the results..... Attached Images
