Can anyone recommend a bushiness that does hot dip galvanizing in MA. Please don't say V&S in Taunton, MA. I stopped doing bushiness with them due to quality control issues, and was advised by a friend that they had made improvements. Not so! I picked up some work on Friday, left a message for someone to call me due to the poor quality of the work, today, Wednesday, I haven't heard back, so I call back, "no one is available, to talk with you" is what I get.I think a call to corporate HQ is in order for tomorrow.Pictures will follow, later today or tomorrow.Just my opinion, not from a book, just from the road.Howes Welding Inc.www.howesweldinginc.com

Reply:Well, we have a major step in the right direction. I received a phone call from the top man in charge, and he promises to make this right. I am taking him at his word, he is taking the bad work back for a re-do. What started as a rant against them might turn into a plug for good customer service.
