Hello all, thanks for your time.One thing that's really on my mind in preparation for the CWI(D1.1) is the Fundamentals section. I don't want to leave it alone and then find out just how much I don't know about Welding.I've seen that the "Certification Manual for Welding Inspectors" has "everything you need" for this section. Any truth to this? If it's worth it, I'll try to get one. Pretty big expenditure....Thanks

Depending on where you were looking to get it otherwise, that could save you a good chunk of change. Of course, you would have to print the 314 pages yourself and put them in a binder. It may also be possible to make friends with your local NDT guys. They might let you borrow a copy.
