Reply:great minds think alike.here is a cutout Ak 47 I made about 3 or 4 years ago. of course, I couldnt resist decorating mine a little bit, with forged bronze and with the milling machine. Attached Images

Reply:Lots of nice stuff has been done using plywood or things like that for a template to trace around... OR ... a pantograph.... lots of good Youtube videos showing using them...Weldandpower Lincoln 225 AC,DC with Briggs 16hp gas engine.WW2 era Miller TIG.
