MIG Welding Tutorial Video

Hello everyone,I just put this video together for our local college to use for educational purposes. Reply:I always liked the projects that could be used, not just built and thrown away. Things like a vice, mig gun holder, small press, small bender, ect.

Reply:I would like to see some uphill welding.  I seem to struggle with that the most.  Have problems with it crowning/globbing up.  I used to do fine on the little 110 welder, probably because it was colder, but with my 220 welder I seem to struggle.  A few months back I seemed to do ok, but did some tonight and they came out pretty ugly.I saw the welding tips and trick one, but I would like to see common mistakes and what they look like.  Maybe then I can figure out what my problem is.The Lord has declared, "This is my work and my glory--to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man"  Moses 1:39Link: My name is John, and I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.-- ColdCreekWorks.com --

Reply:Thank you for posting this.  I'd like to see some discussion on and demonstration of too much heat, too little heat, too fast of a travel, too slow of a travel, etc., etc.It's much easier to lay a good bead IF you have the welder dialed in.  Thanks.
