Trying to find a good Oxy/Acetylene Torch!

I should start out by mentioning that I was on the forum a couple years ago but my old login info has since vanished from my memory. So I'm not the newbie that I appear to be. Anyways I'm about to invest in a oxy/accetylene torch set up. I want something safe and functional that will last. I also would like to continue eating and paying the rent...I found this item on ebay and I know harris is a good company and I'm pretty sure i want to go with 'em. http://cgi.ebay.com/Harris-Steelwork...ht_1534wt_1141Is it bad that the regulators are single stage?I've heard all the best about the victor journeyman, but feel as though it might be an unnecessary leap in quality as I wont be using this that often. But if its worth it I'm sure i could rustle up a deal on ebay. Thanks for the input!
Reply:Single stage is fine, in fact I doubt you would want a 2 stage set. Harris is well known, I wouldn't be afraid to use it. A used torch is a different story altogether, that's when you need to have them inspected and serviced by a pro.City of L.A. Reply:That's top quality equipment, and the seller, having an actual retail store that is well stocked, looks to be serious and in for the long haul.Just one thing...  Considering the rate at which some old-line companies are are selling out, I would want to be sure is that it's still the same good 'ol USA Harris equipment. Reply:There are many good brands out there and you can't go wrong with any of them. The on thing I would look into is how much the cutting tips are going to be to replace, and how easy are they to get. Reply:That is a good deal on a good set, you would not go wrong with that. I have used that same set before and really like it.
