Is there any good websites where I can study and learn structural/welding drawings and welding symbols online!??
Reply:Not that I know of. Your better off buying collage text books on the subject.
Reply:Don't know if anyone has taken the time to set up a website on the subject but a good book.....Blueprint Reading for Welders by A.E. Bennett and Louis J. Siy
Reply:It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to take a couple drafting classes at your local community collage. Maybe technical drafting and autocad

Reply:Hobart Institute has a self study course. I did that and found it very good, I would highly recommend it and the cost was very reasonable.http://www.welding.org/c-12-programm...print-etc.aspx

Reply:Is it an online book or is it a hard copy book your paying for with that Hobart link for the blueprints for welders????Slightly confused??
Reply:Not sure, you'll have to ask. It's still possible to just buy the book and complete it at your own pace. At the time I lived in an area w/o Internet so online classes were out of the question. Not sure what online gives you that the book doesn't. |
