I've got an old stainless steel table on wheels with some mild steel shelves on it. I was wondering if it was unwise to put the welder on one of the shelves, ground clamp to the table and weld like that?Somehow I feel like I would be creating a close loop (zapping everything on the board) and thus not recommended. But I see tanks attached to welding tables and such too and that doesn't seem to be a problem?Fire away I know it's probably dumb and need an alternative setup.Hobart Handler 125 #500495Miller Diversion 165 #907005 (tig learning box)
