Anyone willing to teach me to Mig and Tig in LA?

I have a Mig and Tig and have only played with them a bit.  I know a fair bit of theory but little practice.  I know the three steps.  Practice. Practice. Practice.  However, I'd like to make sure I'm getting a good initial setup and a good start without practicing bad habits.Looking for someone with certification maybe?  I want to be making strong, good looking welds.I've looked and community college programs are far and few in between, besides my schedule is too random to reliably make a set time every week.Years ago I took a arc class at a college and the huge class size and lack of one on one didn't teach me much.I can pay for your time and the beer.
