I built these for the front of a building down town, on Main street. seems like most of them today are built out of 1" aluminum. this one is built from 14ga 1 1/2" square. the 5 tabs sticking out will go underneath a brick lintel on the bottem and weld, it will through bolt at the top through a 15" thick brick wall with metal plates on the inside. it will get topped with black standing seam roof panels, and properly flashed and trimmedthis building was built in the late 1800's but was completely remodeled this year after being condemed by the city. its really nice now.installation pics to come. |
