NYC Welders

So I been looking through Job postings for welders to look at what Certs I should reach for while at school. I see a lot of Jobs in the city want FDNY Burn certs. Anyone know what in hell they want or mean buy it.

Reply:Here's a couple expired ones, they're good for five years they're not certs bud, just permits for oxy/acetylene tanks/ torch use and fire guard permits.
